INVESTMENT CONSULTATION
VN CONSULT offers advice to help clients to establish and implement investment projects in Vietnam, including: foreign investment projects in Vietnam; domestic investment Projects; and the Projects of overseas investment of Vietnamese enterprises.
1. Foreign investment projects in Vietnam
Foreign investors may invest in Vietnam through (i) Contributing capital, purchasing shares of an existing Vietnamese enterprise to become the owner, member or shareholder of this enterprise; Or (ii) Setting up a foreign invested enterprise.
VN CONSULT shall perform:
- Providing legal opinions to support investors to understand the provisions of the law of Vietnam relating to foreign investment, helping foreign investors choosing the plan, form of investment (100%, joint ventures, business cooperation, etc);
- Drafting and supporting the investors in completing legal dossiers of investment projects;
- Representing foreign investors to perform the application procedures for grant of Investment Certificate/enterprise establishment, etc.Advising and assisting the legal procedures relating to operations of foreign investment projects in Vietnam.
- Consulting and supporting legal procedures in the process of executing investment projects of foreign investors in Vietnam
2. Domestic investment projects:
VN CONSULT shall perform:
- Providing legal opinions to support the investors to understand the provisions of the law related to the project expected for deployment; Counselling and supporting the investors to select the method of deploying the investment projects;
- Drafting and supporting the investors in completing the legal dossiers of investment projects;
- Representing the domestic investors to perform the application procedures for grant of Investment Certificates/enterprise/ branch establishment, etc
- Advising on legal issues during project implementation.
3. Projects of overseas investment:
Advising and representing to perform the application procedures for grant of offshore investment certificates for Vietnamese investors wishing to invest abroad.
