The labor disputes currently tend to rise and are considered as a complex field. To limit labor disputes, in parallel with supporting the enterprises in drafting labor regulations, collective labor agreements, internal rules and regulations in line with specific business lines, VN CONSULT also supports the enterprises in organizing the talks for purpose of dissemination of legal knowledge for employees aimed at the goal that both the enterprise and employees comply with the provisions of law.
