Mr. Bui Trong Hao, graduated from Hanoi Law University in 1998.

Before founding VN CONSULT, Mr. Bui Trong Hao has over 10 years of practicing experience as lawyer in the field of Investment, Trade, Construction and offer consultation on Real Eat Asia Real Estate Business and Construction Joint Stock Company and Ha Noi Notary Office.

After years of dedication to the legal profession, with the goal of providing customers with excellent legal services, Mr. Bui Trong Hao has founded and participated directly in management and operation of the Company/ Office system providing legal services including:

– VN CONSULT Law Firm.

– Bailiff Office of Ha Dong District.

– Asian-EUAuctions Joint Stock Company.

With extensive legal knowledge and experience, Mr. Bui Trong Hao is in charge of the following areas:
– Relations with the State Agencies;

– Providing legal opinions and solutions to deploy the investment projects; Advising on selecting form of economic organization;

– Advising on strategy and business investment, particularly in the fields of investment, construction and real estate;

– Acting as representative in contract negotiations and participating in solving the disputes arising in the course of business operations.

Mr. Bui Trong Hao has consulted and provided legal services to clients such as: Vingroup, Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (“Agribank”), etc
